COVID – 19 UPDATES

As COVID-19 continues to impact our communities and world, we understand that things are uncertain and ever-changing with the virus. The safety and well-being of all our residents and staff is our utmost concern. Therefore, Highland Management is implementing many new (and temporary) policies to help protect each of you. We want to take a moment to let you know we are committed to doing our part to help slow the spread of this virus and keep our residents and staff safe and healthy.

At this time, we will practice Social Distancing. Social Distancing is an intervention to increase the distance between people and reduce the spread of COVID-19. It is recommended, that you keep a 6-foot distance between you and all residents/staff. Our rental offices are open for face-to-face business, however, we are also available virtually via email, phone, and video conference. For work orders or service requests, we are asking residents to self-report to Management any symptoms you might have of COVID-19, or any other infectious or contagious cold or flu.

COVID-19 Virus symptoms include the following:
– Fever anything over 100.4 is a recommendation for testing
– Shortness of breath
– Cough

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, or if you have come in contact with any persons that have been diagnosed with COVID-19, we are asking these residents to notify Management if any work or service is requested so that we can take steps to protect our staff. We understand that is a challenge, and in the case of emergencies, could be impossible for property management but we are hoping, with all residents’ cooperation, we can continue to provide the best services possible for our residents, and a safe environment for our staff.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this time.
